The California Chapter was founded in 1992 to fosters the life-long development of professionals who prived tax and related financial services by:

• Providing, on a state level, education, research, and other services
• Communicating knowledge about state issues,
• Building resource alliances, and
• Advocating for the profession and the public interest.
